In a recent conversation with a recruiter from HCL, he mentioned how students who passed 12th have high curiousity levels and build skills quickly. He liked interacting with them. I was very intrigued by the statement and probed further on my own. I found that HCL is running an early career program(techbee) for students who have passed school. This is similar to earlier programs run by zoho(zohoschools). Students are provided jobs after school.(Here, Iam not vouching for students to join work after school. It has its own merits and demerits. It is upto individuals.)The point I would like to indicate is skill building can happen with or without formal degrees. In other words, formal degrees are useful only if we build necessary all round skills through the education.

I applied to many companies for job but no reply came from anywhere, I don't know what is going on these days, any company does not want to give jobs to freshers, only those with experience should do it.those with experience are fine. You can take it but give freshers also a chance to prove themselves. I don't know what to do but I will keep trying harder and studying and applying for jobs.
