@xfinitymobile 7 phone calls to @xfinitymobile yesterday only to be disconnected after 2 hours and 28 minutes and never get a return phone call!! This is one reason why I will no longer give Xfinity my money and will tell everyone I know how sh*tty this is!

@comcast just listened to my wife have the most unprofessional customer service rep continue to interrupt her while on the phone, refuse to give her name, and tell her multiple times that she “just doesn’t understand.” All while listening to her dog bark in the background. 👍

@BeachyPiers @Xfinity Frontier took over our landline 10 years ago after Verizon sold out. Everything went to hell in a handbasket at that point. So dumped them for Comcast, and here we are again. So far service is great! 🤞🏼🤞🏼
