I have given this shop many chances. I make an appointment and always wait. Last week I made an appointment for my 88 year old mother and myself. Finally 30 minutes late they started on my mom. 45 minutes late would have been my turn. I kindly declined. my water was cool when I sat down so you can imagine how cold it was 45 minutes later. it was very clear they had taken in walk ins 10 minutes before us. one gentleman apologized saying we did not realized they all needed extra work. Time to find a shop that cares about their loyal customers.
