The couple made their red carpet debut at the Stranger Things season 2 premiere after meeting at a party in Los Angeles earlier that year. While posing for pictures together, Monroe kissed Keery on the cheek.

Keery and Monroe attended the 24th annual Screen Actors Guild Awards together. Stranger Things was nominated for four awards in the best drama series categories: ensemble, male actor, female actor and stunt ensemble.

The duo attended the 70th annual Emmy Awards together and walked the red carpet together. Stranger Things was nominated for five awards including outstanding drama series and outstanding writing.

Their film After Everything was released. In the movie, Keery and Monroe’s characters go on a mediocre Tinder date.
